Strong Experience as a business analyst (7-10 years of experience).
Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
Good Experience in troubleshooting the issues involving the Data feeds.
Exposure to the BA deliveries Product Specifications, Data Modelling, Functional & Non-functional requirements, Business Requirements, API specifications, UML diagrams.
Ability to independently explore the system, discover the unknown facts and document them for future reference.
Good knowledge on Application architecture principles and Secure Development Life Cycle.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of Airline message feeds (PNR, TKT, INV, SKD etc.,) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement & Investigations.
Gather business requirements shared by Product Owner, Product Manager, customer, account managers and assess the size of work.
Mentor other Business Analysts in the team and coordinate cross functional teams.
Perform Project management roles for certain projects or product functionality and coordination with several technical teams.
Document Detailed analysis, Interface Controls, functional flow, and Feasibility Studies and present them to various stakeholders.
Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of processes, services and usage of end user products.
Formalize and follow-up businesses with software development entities and should be a key player in innovation.
Perform root cause analysis on functional issues and communicate it to Engineering and Business Teams.
