Java Spring Boot Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Java Spring Boot Developer with 34 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. As a key contributor, you will work on building scalable backend systems, designing APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for application integration.
• Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
• Work with relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Optimize database queries for performance and scalability.
• Conduct unit testing using frameworks like JUnit.
• Identify and resolve bugs promptly.
• Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to meet project requirements.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements.
• Use tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD for continuous integration and deployment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with REST API design and development.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Basic knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerized application deployment.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
