Siebel Developer - Telecom

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with a strong background in the Telecom Domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Siebel Development and possess a deep understanding of Siebel CRM modules, configuration, and various business processes, especially within the telecom industry. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Siebel CRM applications to enhance and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Siebel Configuration & Development:
• Configure Siebel CRM applications and components such as Account & Contact Management, Assistant Agent Billing Care, Siebel Order Management, and more.
• Develop and implement Siebel scripting, Open UI, and customizations as required by business needs.
• CRM Order Management & EAI
• Work on Siebel CRM Order Management and integration with external systems using Siebel EAI.
• Siebel Workforce & Field Service Management:
• Support and configure Siebel Workforce Management and Siebel Field Service applications to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Siebel PRM/Dealer Management:
• Work with Siebel Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Dealer Management solutions to drive business processes and improve partner relationships.
• Siebel BI Publisher Reports:
• Design and develop reports using Siebel BI Publisher for various stakeholders, ensuring that data is presented accurately and efficiently.
• Versioning and Maintenance:
• Upgrade Siebel CRM applications from earlier versions to Siebel 20.xxxx and above, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Customization & Scripting:
• Utilize Siebel Scripting and configuration techniques to address client-specific requirements and enhance the functionality of CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Teams:
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure that Siebel solutions align with business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Siebel Expertise:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel Development, with strong knowledge of Siebel Configuration, CRM scripting, and Siebel Open UI.
• Telecom Domain Knowledge:
• Experience in implementing Siebel CRM solutions within the Telecom industry, including modules such as Account & Contact Management, Assistant Agent Billing Care, Siebel Order Management, and others.
• Experience with Siebel Modules:
• Strong experience with Siebel Workforce Management, Siebel PRM/Dealer Management, Siebel Field Service, and Siebel BI Publisher Reports.
• Version Experience:
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Version 20.xxxx or higher is preferred.
• RODOD Implementation (Good to Have):
• Knowledge of RODOD (Rapid Order Design & Order Delivery) implementation is a plus.
• Strong Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Siebel tools and technologies (e.g., Siebel Developer Tools, Siebel Workflow, Siebel eScript, etc.).
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, particularly in Siebel environments.
• Teamwork & Communication:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
