Asset Executive

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing network projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, such as new Branch expansion, DC migration, SD-WAN POC
• Resource Management: Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all network projects adhere to quality standards and meet performance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Visio, Solarwind,Wi-Fi).
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure and technologies.
