Senior Product Manager, Partner Integrations

Position Summary

We're looking for an innovative, analytical, and growth-minded Senior Product Manager Partner Integrations to lead the strategy, development, and execution of partner integrations for our SaaS platform. This Product Manager will join the Data Analytics and Intelligence Team at CDK Global. This role will play an important role in delivering an OEM Analytics solution that enables OEMs, third party vendors and Dealers to make better business decisions based on actionable insights and predictive analytics.

You will be the owner of customer-facing OEM Analytics and have the opportunity to grow the business through understanding market opportunities and customer pain points.The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic and analytical mindset, focus on positive business outcomes, ability to drive execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role will utilize AI/ML models to drive differentiation, actionable insights, and tailored actions for customers to improve profitability and operational efficiencies. You should be both technical and non-technical to effectively communicate with audiences of different backgrounds, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, product strategy and roadmap for Partner data integrations and build product roadmaps that align with customer and CDK business objectives
• Own the product lifecycle for partner integrations, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and prioritize integration opportunities with key partners, balancing partner requirements, technical complexity, and business impact.
• Deliver and prioritize well-defined epic/feature requirements to Engineering and UX based on user/market requirements, strategy & business plan
• Drive execution and delivery, and go-to-market of product roadmap through collaboration with Engineering, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Care, and Professional Services
• Build new features and functionality to provide seamless and flexible integrations with the CDK Data Platform
• Build automation and new tools for Implementation and Customer Care to deliver a great customer experience for Partners
• Develop API-based solutions that enable seamless data exchange and operational efficiency for partners, especially in the automotive ecosystem. Build a new front-end experience for Partners to seamlessly integrate with the CDK data ecosystem along with dashboards that bring visibility into the health and operational KPIs for them
• Ensure all integrations adhere to relevant compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or industry-specific regulations).
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data security, system compatibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform engineering team to ensure high quality data is delivered through high performing data pipelines
• Partner with Launch Management to ensure a successful go-to-market plans with Professional Services, Customer Care, Marketing, Pricing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark partner integration capabilities and maintain a leadership position in the SaaS market.
• Partner with the Partner Sales, Account Management, UX, Marketing and
• Customer Success teams to conduct customer research that drives strategy, roadmaps, and new opportunities
• Become an expert and trusted partner at CDK Global for inbound and outbound integrations with Partner Data
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams and Partners to deliver solutions based on contractual obligations
• Prioritize roadmaps and features based on voice of customer and ongoing feedback loops from users and other stakeholders
• Evangelize and effectively communicate Product Strategy, Roadmaps, and data driven results to leadership, partners, and customers
• Define and measure OKRs and KPIs that define success for the product
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Care to implement an operating model that provides the best customer experience for Partners
• Partner with stakeholders to test and validate integration solutions, ensuring they meet partner expectations and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• industry experience
• 6 to 8+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS
• 5+ years of experience building data integration and tools for customers and internal teams
• Proven track record of working with customers and engineering teams to deliver scalable, flexible data integrations for customers
• Strong understanding of API development, data exchange protocols (e.g., REST,
• JSON, XML), and integration workflows.
• Experience working in a product-led environment, agile development methodologies, and globally distributed teams
• Passion for collaboration and solving problems with other people and teams
• Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across a large organization and
• multiple stakeholders
• Highly motivated, go-getter attitude with a drive to produce an excellent end-to end customer experience and positive business outcomes
• Great listener and empathizer to voice of customer that leads to solving customer pain points

Preferred:

• Master's or MBA in Computer Science, Business or a related field
• Knowledge and experience with data integrations in the automotive industry
• Pragmatic Institute certification
• Automotive industry experience, particularly working with OEMs, dealerships, or automotive-focused SaaS platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration tools.
• Technical proficiency in API design, SQL, or other relevant technologies.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or automotive standards.
