Job Description
Skills Required:
Roles & Responsibity:
- Providing software appcation support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.
- Performing analyses on software appcation functionaty and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionaty of appcations.
- Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and cents to improve appcation performance.
- Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionaty.
- Estabshing the root causes of appcation errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
- Keeping a record of configuration changes and schedung appcation updates.
- Documenting processes and monitoring appcation performance metrics.
- Providing front-end support to cents and colleagues in other departments.
Roles & Responsibity:
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience as an appcation support engineer in a related field. A
- dvanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as C++, Javascript, Python, and Ruby.
- Abity to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
- Exceptional abity to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based cents.
- Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of appcation errors and repairing them.
- Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
- Abity to keep up with innovation in appcation design.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Experience:
Min. 1+ Experience (Fresher's can also apply)
