Job Description

Hi All,


We are hiring for Web Administrator role. Please go through the Job Description below:


Basic Web Page Design

  • Creating Visual Designs: Designing the layout, color scheme, fonts, and overall look of web pages.
  • User Experience (UX): Ensuring the website is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Coding: Using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build the web pages.
  • Testing and Debugging: Ensuring the website works correctly across different browsers and devices

b. SharePoint Administration

  • Site Management: Creating and managing SharePoint sites and site collections.
  • Permissions Management: Setting up and managing user permissions and access controls.
  • Content Management: Overseeing document libraries, lists, and other content.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configuring SharePoint settings and customizing sites to meet organizational needs / master access or limited accessibility.

c. Smart Sheet Administration

  • User Management: Managing user accounts and permissions.
  • Sheet Management: Creating and maintaining sheets, reports, and dashboards & collating the different reports to prepare a single dashboard.
  • Automation: Setting up automated workflows and alerts.
  • Support and Training: Providing support and training to users on how to use Smartsheet effectively.

d. MS Teams Administration

  • Team Management: Creating and managing teams and channels.
  • Policy Management: Setting up and managing policies for meetings, messaging, and calling.
  • User Support: Providing support for users and troubleshooting issues in coordination with the IT team.
  • Integration: Integrating Teams with other Microsoft 365 services.

e. ISO Process Knowledge

  • Process Documentation: Documenting processes to comply with ISO standards. (Safety, Security, Quality)
  • Quality Management: Ensuring processes meet quality management standards.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks within processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives

f. Record Retention Knowledge

  • Policy Development: Developing and implementing record retention policies.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for record retention.
  • Records Management: Managing the lifecycle of records from creation to disposal.
  • Training: Training staff on record retention policies and procedures
