Job Description:
- We are looking for a Manager who thrives in a high growth, dynamic and flexible working environment, collaborating with colleagues from across the globe.
- The key responsibilities in the initial phase is to support the firm in implementing its new ERP by designing accounting processes, guidelines and internal rules to be compliant in regards of the US GAAP and the Indian GAAP.
- The Senior Manager is also expected to take full ownership of day to day accounting activities and is responsible for the correct and timely submission of fiscal documentation in US and India.

Job Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Lead the team that owns the global bookkeeping process (accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, VAT) as well as the financial statement preparation and distribution to senior management, including but not limited to: consolidated income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements (US GAAP and Indian GAAP).
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the board of investors and to the fiscal administrations.
- Process and systems: Proactive design, development and implementation of the accounting processes, chart of accounts, to support the firm during the ERP design and implementation phase by interacting with the di erent business functions such as logistics and production;.
- Business Partnering: E ectively connect with various groups throughout the organization (e. legal, FP&A, HR, etc) and build strong relationships with external auditors to address the needs of the Global Accounting function and support other functions;.
- Audit: Play a key role in the external audit, statutory audits, quarterly reviews, and ongoing controls testing by preparing audit requests and working with the auditors to explain and document various transactions, business processes and internal controls.
- Payroll: overview and manage the payroll provider relationship.
Required Expertise/Experience:.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP standards and Indian GAAP standards as well as regulatory requirements.
- Experience in working in a technology company with headquarters in the USA is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English and comfortable in presenting in front of a large audience including senior leadership.
- Experience in ERP implementation is preferred.
- Prior people management experience is required.
- Experience in well-established international corporations or hyper-growth startup companies preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with experience working in SEZ setup, manufacturing and SAAS with practical knowledge of Oracle NetSuite would be preferred.
- Experience in usage of costing and pricing techniques for manufacturing.
- Experience in implementation and monitoring of SOPs to align with the company's internal control mechanism.
- Knowledge on HR policies pertaining- to ESOPs / Incentives / compensation.
