As a UX Designer, you will: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs using Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts. Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistent branding through design systems and component libraries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility. Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user satisfaction and solve complex problems. Advocate for user experience within the organization, ensuring end-user needs remain a priority in design decisions. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, including interest or knowledge in AI applications in design.
Requirements
Master/Bachelor s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and expertise in Figma, including creating components, styles, and interactive prototypes. Proficiency in UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards. Solid understanding of layout design principles, typography, and text formatting for digital interfaces. Experience with InDesign is a plus. Familiarity with WordPress and front-end development concepts such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Ability to collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect execution. Experience working with agile or collaborative development environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse teams. Detail-oriented with a passion for understanding users and creating innovative, user-centric designs. English: high-intermediate / advanced
