Qualifications: Graduate/MBA
Experience: 16 to 20 years
- Seeking a Head of TPP to strengthen partnerships with Mutual Funds & Insurance Companies, aligning product offerings with customer preferences.
- Oversee sales channels, drive awareness, and manage a team of 11 TPP Zonal Heads.
- Develop business plans, allocate budgets, and execute campaigns for sales targets.
- Ensure employee training, optimize distribution practices, and enhance digital sales processes for seamless customer experiences.
