Head - Structured Product Solutions| Mumbai

• This role involves working across various client segments, including Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, and Financial Institutions and Partners (FIPs).
• The primary focus will be on leading and developing domain and product specialist skills for key sectors such as Infrastructure, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Logistics.
• The job requires providing client-oriented structured solutions at a Pan India level in collaboration with Coverage teams. Additionally, the incumbent will lead efforts to build a profitable franchise of structured finance alongside coverage bankers.
• Responsibilities also include developing a team of mid-level knowledge bankers (3-5 individuals) to handle Pan India mandates. Furthermore, the role involves mitigating risk in the book by timely sell-downs through syndication in partnership with the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team. Ultimately, the position entails independent profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, working closely with the Corporate Banking Head to strengthen the franchise.

Qualification: Post Graduate from recognized University

Experience: 15 to 20 years

• Guiding and nurturing expertise in domain and product specialization across critical sectors including Infrastructure, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Logistics.
• Taking the lead role in devising client-centric structured solutions on a nationwide scale in collaboration with Coverage teams.
• Providing strategic direction to enhance the profitability and sustainability of the structured finance franchise in partnership with coverage bankers.
• Developing and managing a team of mid-level knowledge bankers (3-5 individuals) dedicated to executing Pan India mandates.
• Implementing strategies to mitigate risk exposure through timely sell-downs via syndication in conjunction with the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team.
• Assuming independent profit and loss (P&L) responsibility while working closely with the Corporate Banking Head to fortify and expand the franchises footprint.
