Responsible for strategically managing and optimizing expenses to improve operational efficiency and align with the organizations goals.

Experience: 12 to 20 years

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant

• Help in consolidating and framing a comprehensive Delegation of Authority for Expenses booking- Both CAPEX and OPEX
• Implementation of Payments systems with appropriate controls.
  Understand the Drivers for each cost head and group the various types of opex in right categories such as Direct, Indirect and Allocated costs.
• Identify areas where Cost rationalization can be done and work with the teams for effective implementation of such identified initiatives.
• Review the Expenses policy of the Bank. If required, consolidate the existing policies and ensure appropriate inputs from various stakeholders is taken before approval of the policy.
• Draw product wise as well as vertical wise cost reports and engage with various business and support teams to take them through their cost decks.
• Forecasting of opex for the rest of the year to provide early warning indicators.
