Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and their employees. Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related services and queries.

2. Account Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of corporate salary accounts, ensuring proactive account management, regular reviews, and identifying opportunities for growth. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients based on their needs and financial goals.

3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the assigned corporate client base and actively pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new corporate salary accounts and expand the client base.

4. Client Servicing: Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information. Anticipate client needs and proactively offer relevant products and services to enhance their banking experience.

5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct thorough due diligence on clients and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
