Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the post sanction activities of non-retail clients. Ensure customer deliverables are met as per SLA.
Ensure error free documentation, security perfection and charge creation in line with sanction, credit delivery, account opening, limit & collateral management and tracking of post disbursement compliances.
Initiatives for optimization of processes in order to improve TAT and upgradation of SLAs. Centralize process from Branches to ensure seamless servicing to customers and avoid dependencies.
Conducts periodic review on credit administration policy and procedures to streamline work flow. Monitor internal controls to ensure their adequacy so that corrective action can be taken wherever necessary. Continuous improvement on technological and digital upgradation in the processes.
Provide training and development to the credit admin team to achieve the organizational objectives
Spearhead initiative to reduce operational costs and drive strategies to increase productivity, manage operational risks, quality initiative. SOP evaluation, etc.
Managing regulatory & various internal/external audit requirements, MIS to Board/ top management
Plan, direct and control the activities of CAT and Ensure effective coordination among all stake holders.
Experience Range : 15 to 25 Years
