Role Definition:

As a Development Research Senior Engineer , you will directly contribute to the concept, development, design of systems , and configurations for hydraulic excavator products and processes, including aftermarket support. You will be involved in projects such as New Product Introduction (NPI), New Source Introduction (NSI), New Market Introduction (NMI), and Annual Product Update (APU) in India, and manage the required engineering work to support these projects. This role will also be responsible for engineering maintenance work to support EXD production in CIPL, cost reduction activities, and continuous product improvement in the field to provide high-quality and competitive products for our customers. Additionally, you will be expected to investigate our customers in the field to understand their needs, expectations, and applications to develop competitive products in India.

You need to have deep collaboration with the global engineering team in Japan and China, product groups, operations, purchasing, and other stakeholders to support EXD products.
