Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial analysis or controllership roles.
Prior experience managing a team of analysts.
Strong experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP and financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth company.
Knowledge of machine learning or AI in financial analytics.

Role Definition
Primary financial and accounting support for a focus facility, subsidiary, or business unit team; providing business analysis, cost analysis, financial counsel and strategic planning/analysis support to the Management Team.
Responsibilities
Assist with business unit planning for upper level management, including facility manager, business unit manager and Vice President.
Cost and investment analysis for upper level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).
Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.
Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, including the business plan, and executive reviews.

Support on the Statuary Audit & ensure the smooth completion of the Audit.

NPI/NSI

Costing Analysis of New Projects and provide recommendations based on Financial Parameters, whether to proceed with the project or not.
Monitor actual performance against the projected Cost.
Ensure all the Compliances in place for new products.
Design the Accounting Flow, for smooth tracking of the product level profitability.
