Role Definition
Supports quality improvements on existing products.

Responsibilities
Analyze external & internal defects to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaboration with service engineers and product improvement teams to determine priorities
Identifying and tracking quality defects, ensuring resolution in manufacturing, design and/or suppliers
Communication and management of quality goals and reports
Leads and facilitation of key quality reviews within the team and other internal organizations
Maintains the documentations required for the IMS Internal and External audits as per ISO 9001 & CQMS requirements
