Manager - ESG - Industrial Business (5-12 yrs)

ESG Manager - location Mumbai

Job responsibility:

- Develop environmental, social and corporate governance strategy as well as policies and procedures.

- Identify and manage all key ESG risks and opportunities.

- Conduct GAP analysis, i.e. evaluation of current maturity assessment, status quo analysis etc.

- Implement common sustainability/ESG reporting standards, prepare reporting materials and/or annual Sustainability Report.

- Implement monitoring of ESG key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Provide recommendations and requirements, apply them to internal documentation.

- Implement financial reporting of ESG metrics as required by shareholder, other stakeholders and/or governmental authorities.

- Develop and conduct ESG specific trainings.

- Respond to requests received from authorities e.g. UK Environment Agency, and/or shareholder.

- Cooperate with members of Legal Department, especially Compliance Manager.

- Report to General Counsel.

Your profile:

- 5+ years experience as ESG Manager in multinational organization, preferably industrial background.

- Profound knowledge of international ESG standards, such as CSRD, SECR, EU taxonomy, and methodologies, such as GHG Protocol.

- Hands-on approach and willingness to work as part of a Global Team.
