Roles and Responsibilities :

• Defining MBQs, monitoring topline and bottom-line of the business, stock availability, stock turnover, Category Assortment Expansion.
• Managing overall operations including Buying & Merchandising, Vendor Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, etc.
• Ensure Range Planning, Promotion Management, Planogram, ABV/Bill penetration & Vendor Fill rates.
• Steering merchandising efforts in harmony with the business objectives.
• Continuous follow up with the vendors and supplier for their company schemes for better buying.
• Controlling the inventory by reducing the slow moving products and introducing fast moving products.
• Handle the liquidation plans.
• Should be strong at National Sourcing & TOT Negotiation.
