As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Catalyst Partners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall product quality by collaborating closely with software development team members. Your responsibilities will include supporting software development through planning, designing, and executing various software quality processes within the Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for both manual and automated testing
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Monitor CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth deployments
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor degree in information technology or computer science or similar
3+ years of experience in end-to-end software quality assurance
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks using playwright, typescript
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python)
Solid understanding of MongoDB and ElsasticSearch
Experience with CI/CD pipeline Git version control
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team-oriented environment
