Project Manager - Construction Operations (5-8 yrs)

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for overseeing engineering deliverables, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-discipline coordination for assigned projects. The role demands strong project planning, quality assurance, and construction oversight to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEP) and Design Basis Memorandums (DBM)

- Manage project budgets, cost estimation, and financial forecasting

- Plan and allocate resources, ensuring efficient manpower scheduling

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

- Ensure adherence to quality standards for drawings, models, and design reviews

- Oversee Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and documentation processes

- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

- Utilize project management tools for scheduling, reporting, and tracking deliverables

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, and ZOHO Projects

- MBA is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance, especially in Oil & Gas

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

- Strong risk assessment and mitigation planning capabilities

- Knowledge of contract management and vendor coordination
