Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Redux.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with a strong focus on performance and usability.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code.
• Optimize front-end code for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues.

Backend Development (Basic Exposure)

• Develop and maintain basic backend components using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.
• Work with MongoDB or MySQL for data storage and management.

Integration & Deployment

• Work on third-party integrations using RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with the IT team to automate deployment and monitoring processes.

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the frontend and backend components.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with the product, design, and IT teams to align development with business goals.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Provide technical input and recommendations for future development strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

✔ 1.5–3 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js.
✔ Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
✔ Basic experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and databases (MongoDB/MySQL).
✔ Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
✔ Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good-to-Have Skills

➕ Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
➕ Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
➕ Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker (preferred but not mandatory).
