Job Title: Digital Growth Marketing & AI Strategist

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: INR 8-11 lakhs per annum + Bonus

We are currently looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & AI Strategist to join our lean, dynamic team.

Position Overview: As the Digital Marketing & AI Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies for our clients, using AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and achieve business results. You will take the lead in campaign planning, content strategy, client management, and data-driven decision-making to optimize overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
  • Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including social media, content marketing, and email marketing).
  • Identify target audiences and craft tailored campaigns that maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Use generative AI tools to create and refine content, ensuring campaigns are relevant, impactful, and aligned with client goals.
  • AI Integration & Automation:
  • Utilize AI tools to generate content (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns) and automate repetitive tasks like post scheduling and reporting.
  • Implement AI-driven personalization techniques to improve customer targeting and experience.
  • Explore new AI technologies to improve efficiency and create innovative marketing solutions.
  • Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including nurturing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Use AI and automation tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign to personalize email content and automate workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics, including open rates, CTR, and conversion rates, to optimize performance.
  • Create lead generation strategies, including lead magnets, landing pages, and funnel management to drive client acquisition.
  • Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other AI-based analytics platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI, including A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email content.
  • Develop detailed performance reports and present insights to clients in an easily digestible format.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients to understand their needs and translate these into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance metrics, and suggested optimizations to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied.
  • Content Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Content Creator to align all written, video, and email content with overall campaign goals.
  • Ensure content consistency across all platforms and ensure alignment with brand voice.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning, email marketing, lead generation, and client management. Strong experience with AI tools and data analytics is a must.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc., to create content and automate tasks.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
    • Proven experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Creativity: Ability to craft innovative campaigns and creative content that stands out in the market.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Client Management Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact directly with clients, understand their requirements, and provide updates on progress.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a small, dedicated team.

Educational Background:


  1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as:
    • Marketing or Digital Marketing
    • Business Administration or Management
    • Economics, Commerce, or Communications
    • Information Technology (especially if the focus is on digital transformation and AI)
  2. Preferred Additional Education:
    • A Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Digital Marketing, or a related field would be highly advantageous. This helps ensure that the strategist has a comprehensive understanding of business strategy and can communicate effectively with high-level clients.
    • Specialized certifications such as:
      • Google Analytics Certification
      • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
      • LinkedIn Advertising or Google Ads Certification
      • AI-related courses or certifications, like those from Coursera, edX, or AI in Marketing programs, to enhance AI knowledge and its application in marketing.

Experience:

  1. Industry-Specific Experience:
    • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B clients. Experience with management consulting, business advisory, or leadership development industries is highly desirable.
    • A strong background in working with B2B marketing strategies, targeting senior professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers.
  2. Digital Marketing Expertise:
    • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for B2B clients.
    • Content Marketing: Experience creating or overseeing content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, thought leadership) for an executive audience, ensuring it adds value to business clients and resonates with decision-makers.
    • Social Media Marketing: Experience with LinkedIn and other platforms tailored for B2B campaigns to connect with senior-level professionals and decision-makers.
  3. AI Integration and Automation:
    • Generative AI Tools: High proficiency in using generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Writesonic for creating marketing content, ideation, personalization, and automation.
    • Experience in leveraging AI to automate marketing tasks, enhance personalization, perform predictive analytics, and improve campaign performance.
  4. Lead Generation and Campaign Management:
    • Proven experience with lead generation strategies, including using AI tools to personalize content and nurture B2B leads effectively.
    • Ability to develop lead magnets, landing pages, and email marketing strategies to attract and convert high-value leads.
  5. Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Strong skills in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
    • Experience with predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making to align with the data-centric nature of consulting and business advisory sectors.
