Job Description of Health and Education Service Manager -

1. Tour Plan Submission: HESMs must submit a monthly tour plan to the Head Office and Regional Office by the 25th, and a hard copy to their base branch by the month-end.
2. Achievement Report: Tour achievements must be reported to the Head Office by the 5th of the following month.
3. Visit Coverage: HESMs must visit assigned branches within set timeframes, varying by the number of HESMs in the region (e.g., monthly or thrice per month).
4. GPS Tracking: GPS tracking during visits is mandatory; failure to comply means the visit wont count as an achievement.
5. Program Updates: HESMs must share updates on ongoing programs (CHF, CHC, CEC) with branch staff during visits.
6. Tour Plan Changes: Any changes to the tour plan require supervisor approval and are limited to two changes per month for valid reasons.
7. Leave Requests: Leave must be requested through the portal and approved by supervisors.
8. CHF Program Oversight: HESMs must monitor CHF activities, including sanitation, livelihood programs, and CHF staff performance, ensuring timely training and recruitment.
9. CHC Clinic Supervision: HESMs must ensure proper functioning of Cashpor Health Clinics, including medical equipment checks, patient registration, and accurate record-keeping.
10. Sanitation Loans & Vendor Management: HESMs must oversee sanitation loan checks and timely settlement of bills, working with vendors where no GST is involved.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Relocation - Candidate must be willing to relocate to above mentioned locations, local candidates would be highly preferred.(Uttar Pradesh , Madhya Pradeh,Odisha,Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand , Bihar)

2. Vehicle - Candidate must have bike/scooty & Driving License (DL) as this job require extensive field visits.

Computer Skills -

Must be proficient in MS office Packages particularly MS -Excel, MS- word, MS- PowerPoint , MS - teams application.
