Tech Support

You will be part of a lean and agile team that has developed an in-house Payment Platform.As a Tech Support, you will be responsible for monitoring the platform s performance and uptime. You will handle technical queries of our merchants through inhouse call centre.

What you should have

• Good communication skills = Good command on language + ability to convey the message precisely
• Task Management = Hands on with any popular project management tools
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals such as SQL , AWS.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent desirable, preferably in operations

Skills and experience

• 3- 5 years
