Job Description

1) Job Purpose:

The Network Development Manager is responsible for nurturing and optimizing dealership networks across through business excellence initiatives. The role involves strengthening existing channels while also overseeing the growth of new dealerships to ensure sustainable business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Existing Channel Management: Ensure the continuous strengthening of the existing dealership network. Define priorities, monitor performance, and develop a three-year roadmap for dealership development, aligning the dealership team to meet strategic objectives.
New Dealer Development: Define and implement a growth path for new dealerships that ensures long-term sustainable profitable growth. This includes enquiry management system, developing market strategies, conducting periodic reviews, and extending necessary support to new dealers.

3) Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Planning:
Lead the Annual Business Planning process.
Develop and monitor dealership action plans to ensure alignment with set standards and business goals.
Continuously monitor dealership performance using Dealer Index and RYGP category norms, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Dealer Performance Monitoring:
Oversee the Dealer Index scoring system to track performance.
Administer monthly performance reviews for club dealers and facilitate Dealer Index Audits in coordination with AMS and CBU teams.
Publish monthly Dealer Index scores and coordinate international networking opportunities for top-performing dealers.
Weak and Red Dealership Management:
Work closely with the CBU, CNHi Capital, and Legal teams to diagnose underperformance.
Develop and implement revival strategies for weak or underperforming dealerships.
Support dealerships in achieving their monthly objectives and continuously monitor their performance against key business metrics.
Dealership Salesperson Initiative:
Appoint and manage DSPs to expand network coverage in alignment with corporate standards.
Implement initiatives to improve the efficiency and productivity of underperforming DSPs.
Drive DSP initiatives to boost sales and overall dealer network productivity.
Business Excellence:
Maximize lead generation and conversion through Activity planning and execution.
Conduct win-loss analyses to develop strategies for improving enquiry conversion rates.
Evaluate the impact of sales promotion activities and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

5) Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated success in sales growth strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in business development and channel/network management, with proven results in enhancing dealership performance.
Ability to influence and engage dealers to drive strategy implementation
