Business Development Officer

Job Description:

Casadel Builders & Construction is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive sales, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in real estate or construction is a plus
