Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our US Accounting department, ensuring precise financial record-keeping, adherence to US GAAP accounting standards.

We require proficiency in QuickBooks Online & MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

US GAAP Accounting:

• Maintain and update the company's financial records in strict compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to US GAAP standards.
• Execute reconciliations to guarantee the accuracy of all financial transactions.

QuickBooks Online and Bill.com:

• Oversee financial data within QuickBooks Online, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Administer Bill.com for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the prompt and precise processing of invoices and payments.

US Payroll:

• Supervise the US payroll process, encompassing precise calculations of employee salaries, taxes, and benefits.
• Guarantee strict compliance with federal and state payroll tax regulations while managing payroll-related reporting and filings.

Advanced Excel Skills:

• Harness advanced Excel functions to streamline financial reporting processes, automate templates, and conduct intricate data analysis.
• Construct financial models, forecasts, and ad-hoc reports to empower decision-making.

Financial Analysis:

• Ability to undertake budgeting, cash flow planning and Inventory planning.

Compliance and Auditing:

• Maintain documentation to assist CPAs with compliance planning and audits.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, spanning finance, HR, and operations, to advance financial initiatives and resolve accounting-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Thorough knowledge QuickBooks Online.
• Thorough knowledge of Bill.com would be a bonus.
• Ideally 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a solid understanding of accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience with US payroll processes and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
