3D Animation Blender Generalist For Kids Content Creation

About the Role:

We are looking for talented Blender Generalists with a passion for creating fun, colorful, and engaging 3D content for kids! If you love bringing characters to life, designing playful environments, and crafting vibrant animations, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Design and model cute and stylized 3D characters, props, and environments.
• Create fun animations with expressive movements and emotions.
• Develop high-quality textures and materials suited for kid-friendly content.
• Work on lighting and rendering to make visuals bright, warm, and engaging.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring educational and entertaining concepts to life.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for video production, games, or interactive media.
• Basic Editing of rendered frames with music.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Blender (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering).
• Ability to create cartoonish, kid-friendly 3D assets with vibrant colors.
• Experience in animation (creating playful movements).
• Familiarity with Eevee and Cycles rendering engines.
• Good understanding of storytelling and visual appeal for children.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match a consistent art style.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere Video Editing Software

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):

✅ Experience with 2D/3D hybrid animation for kids' content.
✅ Knowledge of motion graphics or VFX for childrens videos.
✅ Understanding of child psychology in media (what makes content engaging for kids).
✅ Ability to work with educational and entertainment-based storytelling.
