What Will You Drive?

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects across various business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, marketing, and technology, to drive project success.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support decision-making and project improvements.
• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to update stakeholders on project status.
• Take ownership of smaller project initiatives while contributing to larger, strategic business objectives.

Who We Are Looking For?

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an interest in project management methodologies.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with data, conduct research, and draw meaningful insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.
• Problem-Solving Approach: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
