Job Description
- Review product requirements; create technical specifications as well as system testing requirements
- Work on Hardware development cycle (Design, Development Testing)
- Design Development, modifications of embedded systems around 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers including Analog Digital components
- Update and maintain detailed schematics, components library, BOM and design documents for products
- Work with Layout Engineers on defining the board layout
- Perform component selection for obsolescence and value engineering programs
- Provide detailed circuit analysis, Stress analysis, simulations, HW FMEA
- Preparation of test plans for the circuits designed or modified
- Troubleshooting hardware, debug firmware and optimize performance
- Follow internal hardware and firmware development processes and contribute to process improvements
