Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications for Salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define Salesforce configurations and workflows.
• Document business processes and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in user training and post-deployment support.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
