About the role

Regional role for handling & managing the business. People manager for driving business growth, defining goals and objectives for the team, driving long term strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing regional sales operations, month forecasts, key financial metrics for the business.

• Ensuring sales team goals and objectives are communicated effectively to team.

• Driving growth expansion across different product lines, geography and business profitability.

• Leading key strategies for the organization for sustaining long term growth. Influencer management to enhance brand equity.

• Work on cross functional projects to drive strategic projects.

• 10-12 years of experience in CA sales.
