ML5 PrimeLINE SW warranty Claims reduction: The objective of this program is to reduce warranty claims due to SW issues in ML5 PrimeLINE. This involves identifying critical field issues by analyzing the claims data, collaborating with CAT team, factory team and SW team to closely monitor field issues, prioritizing and make process improvements to enhance SW reliability. This is an opportunity for Carrier team to identify the most impactful areas to work based on historic data.
