As the Senior Consultant, the onus will be upon you to plan, coordinate, and carry out candidate attraction and engagement initiatives that will assist our clients in strengthening their employer brand and drawing in more talent for their company. You'll get the opportunity to analyze the effectiveness of an employer brand's candidate journey and offer recommendations for improving the journey from a communications perspective. You will be the creative mind behind embedding employee value propositions, employer brand reputation management, digital media strategy, activating plans on campus, leading mass media branding efforts such as PR, and much more! Overall, you will own the end-to-end process of all employer branding campaigns, including stakeholder meetings, proposals, pitches, content planning, and development.

- Are someone who finds building relationships easy. You will work with multiple stakeholders in our client ecosystem, hence tightrope walking is critical. Moreover, you will find that our team of consultants works very closely with one another.

- Possess brand and marketing expertise with the ability to create an employer branding strategy. Our clients expect us to advise and guide them, not follow their instructions. Keep in mind that folks in our client organizations are extremely bright people.

- Write well! A lot of your copy will find itself on media platforms.

- Can get your design agency to create communication that gets a lot of attention, enhancing the quality of talent the client is able to attract and increasing conversion rates. You will develop a lot of brand communication!

- Are passionate about building brands, and open to doing whatever it takes.

- Your source of energy needs to be internal and you constantly seek to get better!

- Have a basic understanding of digital marketing.

What might you have done prior to considering Carpediem

- Have completed an MBA/post-graduation in relevant areas of work

- Worked in the corporate world for 8-10 years. Does not matter where, could be a consulting firm, advertising agency, or part of a brand team
