Product Executive (Urgent-Hiring)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for medical devices and equipment.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with products, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex product installation, servicing, and maintenance issues.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and issue resolution.
  
• Assist the customer with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IVD equipment like electrolyte anaylser.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in IVD medical equipment or as lab technician in a diagnostic lab
• The role will require some travelling across India for installation, service or training.
