Duck Creek Billing QA

About the Role:

We are looking for a Duck Creek Billing QA with 5 years of experience to join our Banking and Financial Services team.

Requirements:

• Competent in testing Duck Creek Billing modules, inclusive of invoicing, payments, and collections processes.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek tools, such as Author, Server, and Express.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance domain processes and workflows.
• Expertise in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and defect reporting for Duck Creek applications.
• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, Tosca, or similar.
• Ability to perform end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Experienced in API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
• Proficient in SQL for database validation and back-end testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze root causes of defects.
