JOB POSITION

• Work with Elevance Health associates to analyze current processes
• Conduct feasibility and design tests for automation of the processes.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Task Mining:

• Data Collection : System must capture user interactions (clicks, keystrokes) unobtrusively and anonymize data.
• Data Storage and Management : Secure, encrypted, scalable storage for interaction data.
• Event Logging: Accurate timestamps, event sequences, and application context logging.
• Analysis and Processing : Tools for task segmentation/classification and machine learning for pattern identification.
• Visualization : Detailed task flowcharts, heatmaps, and interactive dashboards for data exploration.
• Performance Monitoring : Logging of task completion times, error rates, and configurable reports/alerts.

Pricing Mining

• Event Log Ingestion : Support for importing event logs from various sources with necessary attributes (case ID, activity name, timestamp, etc.).
• Data Preprocessing : Tools for cleaning and transforming raw data, handling missing values and inconsistencies.
• Process Discovery: Algorithms for discovering process models from logs and visualizing with BPMN diagrams.
• Conformance Checking : Compare discovered models with predefined models, providing metrics and visual indicators for deviations.
• Performance Analysis : Calculate key metrics like cycle time and bottleneck identification, with detailed reports and dashboards.
• Enhancement and Optimization : Generate improvement recommendations, support "what-if" analyses for process changes.
• Integration and Interoperability : Integrate with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and provide API access for custom integrations and export.
• Security and Compliance : Ensure secure data transmission/storage, implement strict access controls and audit logging.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum education: BE/B-TECH
• Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Python Full Stack developer
• Preferred education: BE/B-Tech

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum experience: 10 years
• Preferred experience: 5-6years experience as C# and .Net framework
