Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, and engage qualified nurses and doctors.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source Nurses & Doctors from India & build company database
• Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media and strategies to find the best candidates.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven 1 year plus experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, particularly nurses and doctors in Saudi Arabia or Gulf Countries (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain)
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian healthcare system and cultural nuances is a plus.
