Hiring for a client of ours:

- Proven track record of successfully leading the Commercial planning function in a global consulting organization/FMCG / new age tech organization

- Proven track record in converting complex data into business trends, derive insights and steer discussions / actions needed

- High business acumen and business partnering skills to influence data based decision making at all levels.

- Proven experience and success across the P&L analysis of a store / product line

- Overall experience of 10-15 years, currently in a Commercial planning Head role and 5+ years' experience of leading teams

- Qualified CA/ MBA from Reputed Institution

- Advisor to the GM and leadership team on existing and evolving operating/financial issues.

- Hands on leader who can guide the team in evolving business dynamics but at same time connect the dots and look at big picture ( product level, regional, channel level, franchise view and one system view)

- Evaluating financial information to assess areas of opportunity to improve profitability and reduce unnecessary costs whilst maintaining quality.
