Supply Chain Expert - QSR/FMCG (3-10 yrs)

You will be responsible for:

- Developing the sourcing strategy for the categories as well as negotiating and contracting.

- Lead new supplier development and on-boarding process

- Lead new product development process from supply chain perspective by being a core member of NPD group

- Collaborate with franchisee partners for timely launch of new products

- Lead product replication process

- Lead assigned categories in Food

- Inflation management

- Preparing annual supplier development and replication roadmap with timelines

- Drive supplier compliance & sustainability audits for the function

- Drive sustainability goals of the organization

- Work with legal team for proper supplier documentation

- Supply chain analytics & dashboards

We are looking for:

- 3+ years of relevant work experience with good organizations, min 2-3 years of supply chain experience

- Previous experience in QSR, FMCG or Consulting is preferred

- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
