Production Planning Executive

The Production Planning Executive is a key member of the production planning team, responsible for optimizing production processes, managing resources, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective production of goods. This role involves coordinating with various departments to meet production targets and deliver high-quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:Production Planning:Develop and execute production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.Ensure production schedules are aligned with customer orders and delivery deadlines.

Resource Management:Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production requirements.Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components.

Optimization:Continuously monitor and analyze production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Quality Assurance:Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high product quality standards.Ensure that production processes adhere to quality and safety regulations.Communication and Coordination:Facilitate communication between production, sales, and other relevant departments.Provide regular updates on production progress and potential delays.Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize excess or obsolete stock.Implement inventory control measures to optimize working capital.

Reporting and Analysis:Generate reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and production costs.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Capacity Planning:Assess production capacity and make recommendations for capacity expansion or adjustments as needed.
