Job Description
CareerAmbitious is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to help fuel our growth and build strategic partnerships. If you have a talent for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships, this role is for you! We re looking for candidates with a minimum bachelor s degree in any field and a passion for driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and program enrollments.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies for optimal results.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in any field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets.
