Back Office Executive

• Should have Previous experience of working as an Office Executive.

• Should have Excellent organisational skills.

• Good Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• High-level written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.

• Familiarity with market research techniques.

• Should be able to operate Basic Office Equipment like printer etc.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform market research, Gather and process research data

• Marketing skills, ability to portray company profile on marketing platforms, and time to time updating of the same.

• Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies etc.

• Assisting and coordinating with sales team

• Generating and Managing Fresh Enquiries, and look for prospective clients

• Assist the Front Office team.

• Help with inventory control.

• Organize staff meetings and updating calendars, schedules for service and repairs

• Process company receipts, invoices, and bills.
