Business & MIS Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct MIS analysis to provide insights on business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  
• Provide technical support to users through phone calls, resolving issues related to software applications.
  
• Analyze complex problems using analytical skills, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Exposure with data management of hospitals Business development and operations
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis in Hospital Industry or related field
  
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles, including requirement gathering and solution development.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
