A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving sales targets
- Increase in number of active branches
- Encouraging bank staff
- Arranging training programs for bank staff on products
- Increasing productivity
B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS
- Achievement of sales target
- Relationship Management at Regional/Branch level
C. Qualification / Experience
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience (Minimum two years of experience in Bancassurance)
D. Skills Required
- Product Knowledge
- Action planning
- Good relationship with BMs / Bank Staff
- Good communication skills
- Persuasive
