Senior/Tech Lead PHP Developer

Role & responsibilities

1. Application Development:

○ Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using PHP and Laravel

frameworks.

○ Implement robust and scalable back-end solutions for complex business

requirements.

2. Team Leadership:

○ Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.

○ Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding

standards.

3. System Design and Architecture:

○ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them

into technical solutions.

○ Design efficient database schemas using MySQL and PostgreSQL.

4. System Maintenance:

○ Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

○ Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Expertise in database management, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and server management.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular , React) is a plus.
