Job Description
- Assist in the rollout of new mortgage products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demand.
- Manage configuration changes to product guidelines and pricing within Cardinal s proprietary pricing engine.
- Generate and distribute daily pricing and rate sheets to internal systems and third-party partners.
- Perform ad-hoc competitive analysis using peer and aggregator data to compare Cardinal s pricing against the market.
- Use insights from competitive analysis to identify opportunities to enhance Cardinal s pricing strategy.
- Own the configuration of channel margins within Cardinal s proprietary pricing engine, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in a critical thinking role.
- Mortgage or financial industry experience, a plus.
- Experience using Google products and Excel.
- Experience with pricing engines, such as Optimal Blue or similar tools, is preferred.
- Detail-orientated and organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Welcomes constructive criticism, coaching, and feedback on a regular basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, an eagerness to learn, adapt and be an active team member.
