- The person will also double up as a Pre Sales Specialist who will support the sales team across India by providing technical expertise, demonstrations, and solution presentations to potential customers.
- The candidate's ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions will be the key success factor in this profile.
- The Presales Specialist will play a key role in building customer confidence, addressing technical concerns, and winning sales opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and their industries
- Acquire new clients - Banks and Regulated entities like PPI License Holders and AD -II license holders
- Manage existing clients
- Respond to EOIs for fintech onboarding in Banks and to RFPs for our products
- Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors' behavior.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations and proposals.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI & RFP
- Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering and a master's in Business Management, or a related field.
- 4 -6 years of proven experience in pre-sales or sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
