• Designation: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
• Salary: 12,500/- to 18,500/- ( per month ) + Incentives ( 3,500 - 10,000 ) per month
• Qualifications: Graduation Compulsory

Work Profile:

• End to End Recruitment from analyzing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and scheduling Interviews.
• Working closely with the hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Salary, Timing, Expectations etc).
• Screening, Shortlisting candidates sourced through portal (Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal database, job portals, Existing candidates relationships & referrals along with various other sourcing techniques to fill the positions.
• Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
• Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
• Conducting interviews based on specific selection criteria.
• Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections.
• Following up with the selected candidates till joining.
• Managing other formalities of employees background verifications and closing official Procedures, including documentation.
• Maintaining daily / weekly / monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & Feedback reports.
• Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills.
